Reproductive Sciences Center is committed to achieving the highest success rates possible for our patients. Because of differences in the types of patients that each fertility center treats and the types of infertility treatments offered patients, it is difficult to directly compare the statistics from different programs. For example, we at Reproductive Sciences Center believe it is our ethical responsibility to allow patients even with a very poor prognosis a chance to become pregnant even if doing so negatively affects our statistics. We are proud that some women who have been told by other San Diego fertility centers that they can only become pregnant if they agree to use donor eggs have been able to become pregnant using their own eggs in our IVF program in San Diego .
